The Monitoring the Integration of Women who have survived Human Trafficking Toolkit provides a methodology for collecting systematic data on and monitoring the process of inclusion of women who have survived human trafficking after they leave assistance programs.
Developed as part of the NEW WO.R.L.D.S project and edited by Fondazione ISMU, the toolkit is the result of a joint effort by the Steering Group of the project; we wish to thank the operators and researchers who have dedicated their time for the survey, the qualified stakeholders who have allowed us to understand the challenges of the process of integration and the need for a made-to-measure planning and, above all, all the women who have survived trafficking, who have shared their stories and have allowed us to carry out the test for the finalization of this tool.
NEW WO.R.L.D.S. – NEW paths for trafficked-WOmen Reintegration through Labour and personal Development Services is a project co-financed by the European Commission (Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund) and carried out by Fondazione Soleterre ETS in collaboration with Fondazione ISMU ETS (Italy), COOPLOTTA ONLUS (Italy), France Terre d’Asile (France), Fundaciò SURT (Spain), European Institute for Local Development EILD (Greece) and IASIS NGO (Greece).
The objective of the project is to provide adequate assistance and support for women who
have been victims of trafficking in the four countries involved and to contribute to their socio-economic integration in the host country, preventing the risk of re-trafficking.
