150 migrant men and women and 20 companies per year (2015-2021).
The WORK4INTEGRATION project, active since 2015 and implemented in partnership with Fondazione Sodalitas, Fondazione Albero della Vita, Randstad Italia, Fondazione punto.sud, Cooperativa A&I, Municipality of Milan – Centro di Formazione Fleming, has the following objectives:
- Promoting and facilitating the integration of migrant citizens into the labor market through services such as skills assessment, vocational training courses, pathways to the labor market, direct matching activities, multidisciplinary services (legal, psychological and mediation support).
- Actively involving employers, companies and other key players through awareness-raising activities on the migration phenomenon such as events, information and training workshops, multidisciplinary support and promotion of specific initiatives aimed at promoting multicultural work environments.
- Promoting a multi-stakeholder strategy for the labor integration of third-country nationals through a continuous exchange of tools and skills and the development of a replicable and scalable model of action at European level. Since 2018, the intervention has reached a transnational scope involving Belgium and Sweden thanks to partnerships with RiseSmart Belgium and AntennConsulting/RiseSmart Sweden.
