Design, creation and management of training and social, cultural and professional growth paths for young people in difficult situations. Specifically, the project activates training apprenticeships in handicraft companies and supports young people and companies in their training and professional development.

The Scuola di Vita project aims to support boys and girls who are looking for their own professional path and are experiencing a phase of disorientation. The intervention promotes the activation of apprenticeships in craft enterprises, guaranteeing close accompaniment throughout the personal and professional training period.

To achieve this objective, the project activities are divided into three phases

1- IDENTIFICATION phase, during which the craft business at which the young person/young person will be able to carry out the training placement is identified and, at the same time, the young person/young person to be placed is identified and assessed.

2- MATCHING AND ACTIVATION phase: after an initial meeting to get to know the craft activity and the young person, the project provides for the preparation and activation of the administrative-bureaucratic practices necessary for the start of the training placement.

3- TUTORING phase: throughout the 6-month training period, the young person and the company will be monitored by a tutor so as to be able to deal in good time with any critical issues that might hinder the smooth progress of the course.
