OBJECTIVES

The project aims to:

  1. Promote the creation of capacity building and awareness-raising tools on the topic of inclusion aimed at companies;
  2. Strengthen the Diversity Charters of the countries involved [Diversity Charter by EU country];
  3. Promote exchange between companies, third sector organisations, communities and people at risk of discrimination to facilitate the creation of inclusive workplaces;
  4. Promote the importance of socio-economic integration of women experiencing multiple discrimination.
