WHAT WE DO

FOR WHOM AND WHERE

Respond to the psychological and occupational distress caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, with focus on the most fragile and vulnerable categories, increasing the possibilities of job placement and professional reactivation.

Vulnerable people in precarious employment situation and psychological distress.

OBJECTIVES

The NATIONAL SOLETERRE NETWORK project aims to provide a personalised and widespread response on national territory to the psychological and occupational distress that millions of citizens are experiencing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Objectives of the project are:

  1. Guaranteeing the protection and promotion of mental health and well-being, through a psychological support service that is accessible to every citizen and in every region.

During 2020, Soleterre activated and developed a national network that from the most COVID-affected provinces (Pavia, Lodi, Bergamo and Milan) extended to the whole of Italy (today 80 psychologists in 57 provinces of 14 regions), with territorial partnerships with 29 territorial bodies for outreach and proximity contact with beneficiaries.

  1. Contributing to the increase of job placement and professional reactivation opportunities for people in precarious employment conditions, with a specific focus on the most vulnerable people, particularly affected by the crisis generated by the Covid-19 pandemic, including women, people suffering from chronic diseases and/or disabilities and their families, over 50s and foreign citizens. The intervention aims at providing each beneficiary with a personalized path of accompaniment to work, overcoming the condition of precariousness and inactivity.
