  • Young people belonging to the so-called ‘Neets’
  • Unemployed people over 50, who have left the world of work prematurely, and their families
  • Unemployed people coming out of the criminal circuit and their family members
  • Unemployed people, without a job due to the Covid-19 pandemic
  • Migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, citizens of foreign origin and their family members
  • Disabled and chronically ill persons, including cancer patients and former cancer patients and their families

COMPANIES

Which can use our services to support the Human Resources Department, to find staff with the necessary professionalism, who have already undergone training, capacity building and empowerment with us. This allows companies to significantly reduce their costs.

Companies can receive support from us for:

  • personnel recruitment and job placement
  • Access to employment support programs such as ‘Youth Guarantee’ and others
  • staff training based on specific company needs
  • activation of apprenticeships
  • advice and training on recruitment incentives and reliefs

TRADE ASSOCIATIONS

Who can receive support in the provision of the services they offer to member companies, on matters related to work inclusion for which they have not always structured a specific in-house expertise. We can offer:

  • Consultancy and training to the association’s staff, in order to make them independent in the management of services to members
  • Advice and training to member companies on specific subjects, through the activation of advantageous conventions

EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES

Which can supplement the placement services offered to their users, whether individuals or companies, with empowerment and training paths that strengthen human resources and enhance their skills and competences. We can provide:

  • consultancy and training on job placement for persons in fragile conditions
  • co-planning of professional paths targeted to the inclusion of vulnerable people, to be presented in public and private tenders

  • Receive applications and promoting them through your channels for job placement or the activation of internships and apprenticeships
  • Include the people we support in the training mechanisms for which the agencies are accredited or for targeted employment (e.g. Youth Guarantee funds, Dote Emergo for the disabled, Dote Unica and others)
